Current Numismatic Coin Values

The Flying Eagle Cent wasn’t around very long. Regular production occurred in 1857 and 1858 only. There are a few 1856 Flying Eagle Cents, but they are technically described as pattern coins.

The legacy of the Flying Eagle Cent is that it was the first one cent coin of a smaller diameter. This concept proved successful, and has been carried forward to the present day.

Collectors are indeed interested in the Flying Eagle Cent, and will pay premiums to acquire an example. This page contains numismatic coin values of all Flying Eagle Cent dates, 1856-1858, across a wide variety of grades.
